INGREDIENTS
1 pound
2 minced
1 can
half a cup
salt and pepper
spaghetti
garlic cloves
chopped artichoke hearts
parmesan cheese
to taste
directions:
1. Cook spaghetti until al dente 2. Saute garlic in skillet 3. Cook the artichoke in the skillet for 2 - 3 mins 4. Whisk eggs and parm together 5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with artichokes 6. Remove from heat, then add the egg and cheese mixture over spaghetti. Season w/ salt and pepper, and add parsley.
