Being short on pantry ingredients doesn't mean you can't make a delicious steak! This incredible 3 Ingredient Steak Marinade is packed with flavor making it a go-to weeknight marinade.

Materials

  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ginger grated
  • 4 garlic cloves grated
  • 2 lbs flank steak

Instructions

  • Using a microplane, grate the garlic and ginger into a small bowl. Next, add in soy sauce and stir to combine.
  • Place steaks in a sealable plastic bag and add marinade. Close and squish marinade around so it coats the steaks. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 - 30 minutes before cooking. If making later, refrigerate and marinate for up to 4 hours.
