- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger grated
- 4 garlic cloves grated
- 2 lbs flank steak
Using a microplane, grate the garlic and ginger into a small bowl. Next, add in soy sauce and stir to combine.
Place steaks in a sealable plastic bag and add marinade. Close and squish marinade around so it coats the steaks. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 - 30 minutes before cooking. If making later, refrigerate and marinate for up to 4 hours.
