Materials

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ jalapeno chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. (Add a splash of water if necessary to achieve desired consistency).
  • Taste, and add more salt if needed.
