- 3 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- ½ jalapeno chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. (Add a splash of water if necessary to achieve desired consistency).
Taste, and add more salt if needed.
