- 2 slices multigrain bread
- ½ avocado sliced
- squeeze of lime juice
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 5 - 8 slices English cucumber
- ½ tomato sliced
- ¼ of a red onion sliced
- salt and pepper
On one slice of bread, spread out your sliced avocado to cover. Slightly smush to stick to the bread. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Top with sliced cucumber and tomato. Season with a little salt and pepper. Top with red onion.
On the other piece of bread, spread the cream cheese. Close the sandwich.
Cut in half and enjoy.
