Materials

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 5 - 8 slices English cucumber
  • ½ tomato sliced
  • ¼ of a red onion sliced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • On one slice of bread, spread out your sliced avocado to cover. Slightly smush to stick to the bread. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with sliced cucumber and tomato. Season with a little salt and pepper. Top with red onion.
  • On the other piece of bread, spread the cream cheese. Close the sandwich.
  • Cut in half and enjoy.
