Equipment

  • 1 blender or food processor

Materials

  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ white onion
  • 1 - 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 - 5 small sprigs of dill
  • ¾ cup Duke's mayo
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt plus more to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Add buttermilk, white onion, garlic, and dill to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the buttermilk mixture to a bowl and mix in mayo. Then, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Taste and add more salt if needed.
