Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf French Bread
  • Butter Use softened salted butter so it spreads easily over the bread.
  • Garlic Powder Not too much!
  • Garlic Cloves 3 - 6
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Colby Jack Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parsley To finish the bread(so it looks pretty)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese.
  • Spread the butter mixture evenly over both bread halves. Top with Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
