- 1 Loaf French Bread
- Butter Use softened salted butter so it spreads easily over the bread.
- Garlic Powder Not too much!
- Garlic Cloves 3 - 6
- Italian Seasoning
- Colby Jack Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese
- Parsley To finish the bread(so it looks pretty)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a small bowl, stir together the softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over both bread halves. Top with Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
