Materials

  • 1 package Koegel's Natural Casing Viennas
  • 13 ounce Package of Koegel's Chili (detroit style)
  • 1 half onion diced
  • Mustard to cover

Instructions

  • Get your grill ready(either charcoal or propane)
  • Throw the Viennas on until desired cook. Make sure to not cook them too long or the casing will pop.
  • After you take your dogs off the grill, add your Koegel Chili to a pan and heat on medium/low.
  • Once this starts coming together gradually add water to the mix to get your desired consistency. You'll want it to be runny.
  • Throw a dog in a bun, cover with mustard, chili, and onion. Enjoy!
