- 3 ripe avocados peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 roma tomato diced
- ½ cup red onion
- ½ jalapeno chopped
- 3 tb cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp garlice minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Mash avocados, lime, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix in onion, garlic, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeno. Taste for seasoning.
