Materials

  • 3 ripe avocados peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • ½ cup red onion
  • ½ jalapeno chopped
  • 3 tb cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp garlice minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mash avocados, lime, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix in onion, garlic, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeno. Taste for seasoning.
