Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Materials

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 6 - 8 anchovies*
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt as needed.

Notes

*We like an anchovy-forward Caesar so adjust according to your taste buds. Anchovies are packed with umami so we recommend not removing completely.
