Preheat oven to 400 F. Clean mushrooms with a damp towel. Use two forks to shred the stems and caps into thin pieces. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Evenly toss mushrooms in 1 tbsp of oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges get brown and crispy.
Place a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add remaining olive oil and transfer mushrooms to the pan with barbecue sauce. Stir and cook for a few minutes until mushrooms are coated. Serve on a salad, sandwich, nachos, or more.
