Equipment

Materials

  • 4 - 5 limes
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ice

Instructions

  • Wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Remove any seeds.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the lime pieces, sugar, and water. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Add ice to the pitcher and stir. Serve cold
