These Mango Lassi Chia Clusters are about to become your favorite healthy treat this summer. Loaded with fiber and protein, these are sweet, refreshing, and something the whole family can enjoy.
In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, kiwi, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt. Stir until evenly combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a ¼ cup to scoop the mixture into clusters onto the lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
While that's freezing, blend the mango, yogurt, milk, and maple syrup. Taste and add more maple syrup if desired. Pour into a shallow bowl.
After 30 minutes, remove the fruit from the freezer. Dunk one cluster at a time into the mango lassi, turning over to ensure all sides get evenly coated. Return to the baking sheet and repeat until all clusters are covered.
Return to the freezer and freeze for at least an hour.
