  • Cut the salmon against the grain at a 45° angle, about ⅛ - ¼ inch thick.
  • Wet your hands and grab roughly 2 - 3 tbsp of the sushi rice into the palm of your hand and shape into an oval.
  • Place a small amount of wasabi on the top of the rounded side and press one piece of salmon on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy with soy sauce and more wasabi.
