- 1 Head Cabbage
- 1 Whole Carrot
- 1 Half Onion
- 1 Stalk Cilantro
- 1/4 Ounce White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 5 Whole Garlic Cloves
- Mince the garlic and cilantro, and add it to your chopped veggies. Then add the vinegar, mayo, seasonings, and incorporate them all together. 
- Taste, and add seasoning per personal preferences.
