- 1 Head Cabbage
- 1 Whole Carrot
- 1 Half Onion
- 1 Stalk Cilantro
- 1/4 Ounce White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 5 Whole Garlic Cloves
Mince the garlic and cilantro, and add it to your chopped veggies. Then add the vinegar, mayo, seasonings, and incorporate them all together.
Taste, and add seasoning per personal preferences.
