- 2 lb Yukon gold potatoes cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter sliced
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Optional soup mix or onion mix
Add potatoes, smoked sausage, green beans, and onion to a slow cooker.
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
Pour chicken broth over the top.
Place butter slices over the mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
Stir gently before serving.
