This beloved Delaware hoagie is Thanksgiving on a roll with shaved turkey, savory gravy, tangy cranberry sauce, and stuffing.

Materials

  • 1 6 inch hoagie roll
  • 2 - 3 tbsp mayo
  • cup leftover stuffing
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup shredded turkey
  • 2 - 4 tbsp gravy

Instructions

  • Slice the roll in half. Generously spread both sides with mayo.
  • Arrange turkey on one side. Then add stuffing and spoon warm gravy over. Top with cranberry sauce and close roll.
