There's nothing quite as satisfying and refreshing as a classic Tomato Sandwich- it's simple, rich, and a great way to use summer heirloom tomatoes.

Ingredients
  
  • 2 slices white bread
  • Duke's mayo
  • 2 - 3 slices a ripe heirloom tomato
  • salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions
 
  • Spread a generous amount of mayo on each slice of bread. Arrange tomatoes on top of one slice. Season generously with salt and pepper. Close the sandwich and cut in half if desired. Enjoy with plenty of napkins
