- ½ 15 oz can white beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups basil
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ¼ tsp salt
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Blend and taste. Add more salt if needed.
Serve on toasted baguette or with pasta.
