- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup dried fruit raisins, cherries, crasins, etc.
- 1 cup coconut oil melted
For Serving:
- candied cherries
- melted white chocolate
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in, using a rubber spatula to push down evenly.
Freeze for 20 minutes or until hardened. Remove and cut into squares. Drizzle with white chocolate and top with cherries, if desired.
