Materials

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup dried fruit raisins, cherries, crasins, etc.
  • 1 cup coconut oil melted

For Serving:

  • candied cherries
  • melted white chocolate

Instructions

  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
  • Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in, using a rubber spatula to push down evenly.
  • Freeze for 20 minutes or until hardened. Remove and cut into squares. Drizzle with white chocolate and top with cherries, if desired.
