Ingredients
  

  • 1 small white onion finely chopped
  • ½ green pepper finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tbsp your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • tsp brown sugar
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper or to taste
  • ¼-½ cup water amount based on desired consistency
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
