What Are Jammy Eggs?

Jammy eggs are a type of boiled eggs that have a slightly set, custard-like yolk with a tender white. The yolk is still creamy, similar to the texture of jam, which is where their name comes from. They offer a perfect balance between the firmness of a hard-boiled egg and the runny center of a soft-boiled egg.
