Alabama Chicken Sandwich with White Sauce

White BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- few dashed of hot sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp horseradish
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Everything else
- 2 cups cooked chicken smoked, grilled or roasted
- 4 hamburger buns
- butter
- dill pickles
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until incorporated. Taste and adjust seasonings. Set aside.
Using two forks, shred chicken into small pieces
Brush butter on inside of buns and toast, if desired.
Place shredded chicken on the bun and drizzle generously with the BBQ sauce. Top with pickles and the bun.
