Bring a pot of water to a full boil over medium high heat. Place an egg on a spoon and slowly lower it into the water. Repeat until all the eggs are in the water.
Once all of the eggs are in, set a timer for 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
Meanwhile, fill a medium sized bowl with cold water and a couple handfuls of ice.
When the time is up, use your spoon to scoop the eggs out of the water and place into the bowl of cold water. Set timer for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, gently peel the eggs and serve with warm or cold with salt and pepper.
