- 1 Kaiser roll
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 slices Taylor Ham
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 egg
- ketchup
- salt and pepper
Cut Kaiser roll in half and butter each slice. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add your bread and toast until golden brown. Set aside.
Cut small slits in the ham slices (so it doesn’t curl when frying). Add Taylor Ham and allow to brown, about 2 - 3 minutes. Flip and brown the other side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Melt butter and then crack your egg. Season with salt and pepper and flip after a couple of minutes. Top with cheese, cover your pan, and lower the heat to medium low. Allow egg to cook and cheese to melt until desired doneness.
Place Taylor Ham on one piece of the bread and top with the cheesy egg. Season with salt and pepper. Spread ketchup on the top and top the sandwich.
