  • 4 oz smoked salmon roughly chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • several dashes of hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbso fresh green onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions
 
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. (Alternatively, you could use a processor for a slightly smoother texture). Taste and adjust seasonings. Enjoy on bread or crackers.
