- 14 oz enoki mushroom
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai chilis, minced
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ cup green onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
Place the chili and garlic in a small heatproof bowl. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Carefully pour the oil into the bowl with the garlic and chili making it sizzle.
Next, add your soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Place the skillet back over medium-high heat and spread a layer of mushrooms, topped with about half of your green onions. Add the remaining mushrooms in another layer and top with green onion. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms.
Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
