Materials

  • 14 oz enoki mushroom
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Thai chilis, minced
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  • Place the chili and garlic in a small heatproof bowl. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Carefully pour the oil into the bowl with the garlic and chili making it sizzle.
  • Next, add your soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  • Place the skillet back over medium-high heat and spread a layer of mushrooms, topped with about half of your green onions. Add the remaining mushrooms in another layer and top with green onion. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms.
  • Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
