Mango Lassi Yogurt Cluster Recipe

This mango lassi yogurt cluster recipe is a simple, refreshing snack that blends the creamy texture of yogurt with the bright sweetness of mango.

A hand holds a slice of yellow dessert inspired by a Mango Lassi Yogurt Cluster Recipe, filled with cream, red strawberry pieces, and bits of green fruit, set against a wooden surface.

Inspired by the traditional Indian mango lassi, these frozen clusters are bite-sized, easy to make, and perfect for warm weather or anytime you need a cool treat.

A hand dips a piece of food, possibly meat, into a bowl of thick yellow batter, reminiscent of the creamy texture in a Mango Lassi Yogurt Cluster Recipe, preparing it for frying or cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ripe mango, finely chopped or pureed
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of the mango)
  • A pinch of ground cardamom (optional, for that classic mango lassi taste)
  • Granola, crushed nuts, or coconut flakes for topping (optional)
Two hands hold a yellow pastry or dessert cut in half, revealing a colorful filling with strawberry, kiwi, and white cream inside—resembling the vibrant layers in a Mango Lassi Yogurt Cluster Recipe. The background is blurred.

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, chopped or pureed mango, sweetener (if using), and cardamom until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop small clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  3. Top each cluster with a sprinkle of granola, nuts, or coconut flakes if desired.
  4. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the clusters to a sealed container and keep them in the freezer until ready to eat.

Storage Instructions

  • Freezing: Store mango lassi yogurt clusters in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 weeks.
  • Separation Note: To keep them from sticking together, place parchment paper between layers or store individually wrapped.
  • Serving Tip: Let the clusters sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.

These mango lassi yogurt clusters are a fun, make-ahead snack that packs in real fruit and protein with a cool, creamy finish. Whether you’re snacking after a workout or craving something light on a hot day, they’re easy to love and even easier to make.
