    Made these tonight after waiting all weekend for the chicken to marinate, and I’m so glad we did!
    We don’t have a grill, so we used our George Foreman, and between an overly zealous food safety focused cook and probably having cubed the chicken a little small, it came out a bit drier than described, but the flavor was still amazing. My skeptical husband ate so much during cooking that I wasn’t sure we’d have enough to actually make the sandwiches.
    We’re both excited to try them again with a bit more experience under our belt.
