Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef

Recipe Instructions

  • Add ground meat back in and add the tomato paste. Cook for another minute until tomato paste begins to stick to the bottom. Add the red wine, scraping the bottom of the pot to loosen any stuck bits.
  • Pour in both cans of tomatoes and bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 1 – 2 hours. Taste and season with salt if necessary.
  • Serve over your favorite pasta.
