Russian Dressing
Russian Dressing is a tangy, creamy condiment that can enhance a variety of meals.

Known for its balance of mayo, ketchup, and horseradish, this dressing is easy to prepare and can bring a lively element to sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. This goes great on a Turkey Reuben!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1½ tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon white onion, minced
- ½ teaspoon horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste (about 1 tablespoon total, or as preferred)
Instructions
- Combine the Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, ketchup, minced onion, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Taste and Adjust: Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir thoroughly. If you want a bit more kick, you can increase the horseradish slightly.
- Finish and Store: Once the dressing is fully mixed and smooth, taste again and adjust seasonings as desired.
Storage Instructions
Place any leftover Russian Dressing in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to one week. Give it a quick stir before each use to keep the texture even.
