White Tea Shot
If you’re looking for a simple, but refreshing shot or drink that’s as simple to make, as it is delicious? Look no further than the mighty white tea shot. Ok, maybe mighty isn’t the right word for this, but it is great tasting!
What is a White Tea Shot?
The White Tea Shot is a mixed shot or drink that shockingly contains no tea at all. It seems to have originated as a sister shot to the green tea shot that was invented by that company that makes Jameson Whiskey.
What Alcohol is in a White Tea Shot?
Although there are quite a few iterations of this shot, the common ingredients usually consist of:
- Vodka
- Peach Schnapps
- Lemon Lime Soda
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Other recipes tend to add simple syrup as well as sweet and sour mix, but since we already have peach schnapps and lime juice in the mix, it seems redundant to add those in. You could also substitute this peach juice as well and it would be amazing!
How do I Make This?
You’ll want to take a ½ ounce of vodka and combine that with a ½ ounce of peach schnapps in your cocktail mixer. After this add ice, and freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice to it as well. Shake this well, and pour a half shot into a shot glass. Once you’ve done this, fill the remainder of the glass with your lemon lime soda and enjoy!

- 1 Shaker
Ingredients
- ½ Ounce Vodka
- ½ Ounce Peach Schnapps
- 1 Whole Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 Whole Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Ounce Lemon lime soda
Recipe Instructions
- Add ice to shaker.
- Pour in equal parts of Vodka, and Peach Schnapps.
- Squeeze the lemon and lime into the shaker.
- Shake.
- Finish with the lemon lime soda.
