Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed Saltines
  • ½ cup flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup oil
  • dill pickles
  • yellow mustard
  • thinly sliced onion
  • 4 kaiser rolls

Recipe Instructions
 

  • Combine buttermilk and egg. Season with salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine panko, crushed Saltines, and season with salt and pepper. Place flour in a third and season with salt and pepper.
  • Coat chops in flour. Dip chops in egg mixture and then breadcrumb mixture. Allow to rest while oil heats up.
  • Pour oil into cast iron until about 1 inch deep. Heat over medium high heat until it reached 350 F.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Place on buns with mustard, pickle, and onion.
